I'd like to see such a source too, but in adapting 35mm lenses to medium
format, I've found that few 35mm below short telephoto range - esp. long
focus (not telephoto design) in 200mm+ range often have enough coverage
for medium format - not what you wanted to hear, I'm sure. Only a few
specialty lenses like the 35mm PC nikkor have much shift at wide angle end;
the Tmount lenses at 55-ish mm lens registration distance might be worth
testing, or older Topcon UV lenses (also a longish 55mm lens regis. dist.)?
Another specialty lens candidate are the older fisheyes which are
circular may have considerable coverage on 6x6cm etc., but a major problem
as far as distortion goes ;-)
Other options might be enlarger lenses and the like. Some report good
results with cheapy simple lenses without baffling, but results may not
be what you want quality wise (e.g., 2 ele. achromatic +20 diopter = 50mm
f/l lens)? You can readily build a box with ground glass on bottom taped
to cover cut out center of box (spare 4x5" grnd glass) and centered hole
for 35mm lenses, slide out to lens registration distance and examine with
a loupe. Cutoff is hard to evaluate this way, best to mount on bellows
and shoot polaroid or film (reverse - T mount may be handy?)...
