Hi: The average good size hardware store should have lengths of aluminum
angle, flats, strips, etc. in a range of sizes that can be cut and
shaped with hand tools or woodworking machinery and patience (you know
about that part already). The corner bits are harder to find but I'll
take a look around. They are also stock items but I'm not sure where.
