Hi Ron,
I have "made" cases for all of my cameras simply buying alluminum -plywood
cases (for tools etc.) and screwing some inner wooden pieces inside to hold
the camera firm (2-3 pieces is usually enough). It's much easier than making
a custom fit box. Once I bought 2 cases, cut them along their lenght and put
the different tops and bottoms together with a piece of flat alluminum
screwed to it thus making one smaller and one bigger camera case. Easily
done, with a nice "professional" look of the final result. The camera inside
is firmly hold, the inside is polstered with foam. I made them all weather
proof, some rain on it doesn't do any damage. George
