One thing you might want to consider with this option... As mentioned earlier
on this list, taking lenses are not optimized for flat field like enlarging
lenses are. I assume one could mount an enlarging lens in a lensboard for
some cameras... Don't know if this particular camera conversion includes
such. My own experience with camera as enlarger was less than satisfactory,
but then, I had no idea what I was doing back then. I have read somewhere
that some of the old-timers felt that enlarging with the exact same lens that
was used as the taking lens was OK, as the lens tended to compensate for it's
own deficiencies. (Light fall off at the edges, etc.) Might be something to
this, but I haven't actually tried to reproduce it myself.
This has been an interesting thread. Proves that in photography, there are no
hard and fast rules. What works... Works.
