If you go to the penultimate pin hole page he tells you how to make the hole, Pinhole Resource Online also has a pdf version which is good too. I bought some brass shim from a hobby shop for $3.30 in various thicknesses 0.0001-0.0005  I found the 0.0002 easy to work with,you can cut it with an old pair of scissors. I used a push pin to poke the hole and one of the wifes emery boards to file down the burr on the back. be prepared to make a few as it's hard to get them to the right size without any burrs.
