You could just use the method my instructor taught in press photography to process roll film. Start with a tray of plain water take one end of the fimn and wind it into the tray, when you get to the other end rewind into another roll after a couple minutes transfer to a tray of developer, then water, then fixer, rinse, HCA, wash. Processing times for all steps (I would guess) to be about 50% more that the time given for small tank development.
