Hello..
To keep with form. :) I am a long time lurker, I believe
this is my first post.
I have a recently acquired and fairly modern 8x10 Deardorf. By
fairly modern i mean that it was built around 1984, based on the serial
number.
I am not doing a restoration, nor am i much of a stickler for
originality. However as a matter of maintaince I would like to repair the
places where the varnish has worn off, and revarnish the 8x10 back, which
is older than the rest of the camera, and in need of revarnishing.
Dose anyone know what kind of varnish Deardorf used in the 80's?
