G'day Kamil It may interest you to know that many of these posters were created using strobes fired by IR sensors and the shutter on the camera is wide open on bulb. The whole setup is done in a completely dark studio. Back in the 80s Tamron had a great series of posters and they were all done this way, plus when I had my studio, that is how we created a number of similar shots.
The light is provided by high powered strobes and the technical side is beyond me. Also I'm from New Zealand so not much use in the location of similar gear for you. By the use of plain maths you can work out the speed at which the object is travelling, and position the sensors to trip the strobes at just the right time. Sounds real simple....it is not. If you take a 222 bullet at say 15 feet from the muzzle, it is travelling at around 3200 feet per second. Try measuring that to get the strobe to fire in a target say 2 inches across. Good luck.
