I use only interface builder.
open Camino.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Mainmenu.nib 
and　change connect "manageSidebar:" into "toggleSidebar:".
It's simple.

Some non-ascii BBS don't show correctly. I edit all-chimera.js and 
comment out this line:
user_pref("intl.charset.detector", "universal_charset_detector");
I don't know why, It is the way of fix this bug.
