Some non-ascii BBS don't show correctly. I edit all-chimera.js and comment out this line:
user_pref("intl.charset.detector", "universal_charset_detector");
I don't know why, It is the way of fix this bug.

It would help if some one could explain what happens when removing this pref line. It appears that the devs don't understand what is going on here so finding out what is would help a lot.

This (bad) page depend on auto charset detector of web-browser.
When you see this page with camino, Japanese charactor don't show correctly and layout is broken.
After this fix, This page will show correctly.
