I downloaded Build 2003110308 this morning and it does startup. The
bookmarks load but the is a delay of a couple of seconds where the
browser window is open with no toolbar bookmarks and no bookmarks in the
bookmark menu either. This caused some initial concerns but it does
eventually load all of the bookmarks in the toolbar and menu. I do have
quite a few bookmarks but it never took this long in the past. If you
did take more time in the past it was before the window was created.
The other issue I've noticed is the scroll bars don't really work. Oh
they move when you click on the up and down arrows, however the page
doesn't move, just the indicator. The page will page down using the
space bar but you can't scroll back up.
