System's a Quicksilver G4, 733 MHz w/512 MB RAM and 10.3.1.
So far, with measuring methods i've used, Camino takes almost exactly 6 seconds.
Just for the heck of it: Slightly on the near side of 4 seconds for Safari. 10 seconds for Mozilla. Around 6 seconds for Firebird. A touch on the far side of 4 seconds for iCab. Round 9.5 for Omniweb.
