Well, the font thing is a subjective thing, but the actual amount of space
used by window title bars and the menu bar (since we're on the subject of
space) is no different than that of 9. If I recall correctly, they're still
twenty-two pixels high. It's the font size that makes it look different, but
really, I don't think a smaller size (or a bigger size) would be better as a
default setting. (If you want to change it, go ahead, though.)

To play the Devil's advocate, however, I do applaud Apple for hammering in
the consistency-across-computers sort of thing. (Even if they're not
perfect, either, in cross-application respects.)

And that, my friends, was the first un-rant of mine of the year.

. . . And speaking of interfaces, what are everyone's thoughts on the
OmniWeb 5 preview at Think Secret?
