Oooooh, yeah. One of my biggest complaints about OS X in general is that the default (uneditable) font size of almost everything is TOO BIG.

I currently have the opposite problem. I really need screen space and since i can't afford a Cinema Display at the moment, i'm using 1600 x 1200 resolution on a monitor that isn't that large. Typically a font has to be at about 14 points to be comfortably readable. I'll probably go blind trying to use Photoshop with it's miniscule palette fonts.

I really wish Apple would let go and give us the option to edit the size (and face!) of fonts throughout the OS.

Now _that_ i can agree with!

Is there any way to convince the devs to roll back this change?

Hoping there isn't. Scott
