A few ideas for improvements:
First a question: Should I post my notes here in the mailing list or would it be better to add them to a bugreport?
New downloads should be added on top instead of the bottom (or the list should be sortable)
Automatic open of downloads should be toogleable (does that word exist?) from the context menu.
A more minimized and a more detailed view would be nice.
Auto-Resize of the window would be nice (was there in the old version).
"Open and remove" would be useful.
Doubleclick should open the file.
Just my 2 cents of thoughts...
