A weensy bit large, but with small toolbar icons only, or the toolbar hidden, and after clicking the size widget the window was small enough to suit me fine, although with the buttons in the toolbar, each entry could probably be scrunched a bit smaller.
I did notice some odd behaviors though.
1. The window was just big enough to display the toolbar and one download. After 2 downloads the window was the same size and the scrollbar wasn't active.
2. Then i clicked the size widget to see what it's behavior would be. It did expand the window so that both downloads were visible, but the window hopped upward so that it was touching the menubar. Dragged it down. Clicked it again. Popped up again. This behavior didn't occur after i closed and reshowed the window.
3. I quit and restarted the browser to see if the old problem i reported. (having the window appear up near the menubar after a relaunch regardless of where i left it) was still there. When i chose the Window-->Downloads menu item, the window was right where i left it. Yay. But it was also empty. Is that intentional?
Minor blips. I like it!
