[Camino] Building Camino

  I'm trying to build Camino from the CVS source (2/12/2004 at about 
2:45 PM).  I downloaded Fink, installed the orbit packages and other 
things as it said, then successfully pulled down the 303.8 MB of 
source.  But when I ran the build script, it didn't appear to build 
anything - the size of the folder I pulled the tree down to just stayed 
at 303.8MB.  The build process never stopped, and it didn't look like 
it reported any errors on the command link from the c++ compiler 
commands.

  It did however report an awful lot of warnings.  I don't think I 
installed cross-development when I installed Xcode -  do I need to 
install all the cross-development packages, or just the 10.3 package?  
I'd have thought that if it needed anything that the cross-dev packages 
installed, it would just put up an error and exit the script.
