[Camino] New/Old Tabs

I noticed in the most recent official release of 0.8.3 the tabs have 
gone back to opening up from the center of the page as opposed to being 
fixed on the left. Is this something that's going to stay or will the 
fixed left tabs return. In my opinion the fixed left are better, for 
you can close them without having to move the mouse to a new spot each 
time.
