You need to make sure you're looking in your own Library and not the 
root (shared) Library. Yours is ~/Library, where ~ means your home 
directory (so if your short user name is, for example, johndoe, then it 
would be at /Users/johndoe/Library, and the Camnino support folder 
would be at /Users/johndoe/Library/Application Support/Camino).

If you're already looking in your own Library, then I don't know what 
to tell you!
