I just discovered this list, I hope I'm not too late...
When there are too many tabs to fit across one line on the screen, instead of adding a drop-down menu at the end of the tab bar, I wish the tabs would wrap to a second line.
Not only do I think that would be very helpful in its own right, but conceptually I like that the behavior would be consistent with the way the bookmark bar works.
