A narrow plug: I want to encourage people to post and comment on
http://www.reddit.com/r/ocaml. OCaml's web presence often looks like a
ghost town. I think it's starting to improve but we need a lot more in the
way of discussion, blogging, and meetups before anyone could call the OCaml
community vibrant.
