Well, we got lucky with our first house..bought it for a song and remodelled cheap
which gave us some nice equity..that and dh is very skilled in building! lol The plan
we have now is tough but I finally paid off my student loan...several yrs early! That
happened this week...now to tackle the vehicles..lol. Kim M

Sounds exciting either way! lol I would LOVE to be looking at an end to debt. With
Michael in school it's next to impossible. Do you know how hard it is to budget when
he gets more then 2/3 of his salary in one lump sum...at the end of August? Ugh -

came up for her. It was her daughter..also in the biz...but she was very friendly and
didn't seem like quite the ditz. Only bad thing is she couldn't really answer some of
our questions so she wrote them down. Now some of them I don't think her mom will be
able to answer either without some research but at least by the kinds of questions we
asked, she'll realize we're serious.
Long story short...damn..I really like it. It's so quiet...where the house would
go would actually give us a lot of privacy. There is a small seasonal creek the flows
in the bottom part of the land. The land itself is fairly square too...I had thought
it kind of rectangular. The "barn" is a pole-built steel building. Inside is going to
be a bitch to clean cuz they actively use it as a barn...maybe they'll clean it? lol I
don't want to say I'm in love with it cuz I'm afraid it won't happen. We figured a way
to take a loan out for the land AND pay off one vehicle right away. Jas is going to
run numbers in different scenarios. If we do buy the land and end up paying close to
the asking price, we'd have to put off building for another year..that's 3 yrs away.
Might be a good thing considering our plans for another bb. We plan to try next year
in August hopefully for a late spring time 2006 bb. So if we build in 2 yrs..I'd be
dealing with a bb while he's trying to build. If w!
e wait for a year, the bb would be 1, Konor 5 and Kaidy 7....seems a bit better??
Probably would be.
I don't know why I worry....nothing can happen until we get the land and if we
don't get the land, the 2 yr to complete debt free is still on-going. I'll keep you
updated on the SAGA! hehe The gal should probably call us tonight with some answers to
our questions and depending on those answers, we'll officially probably make an offer.
