Thanks...I do the "meant to be" philosophy too but unfortunately, I've let myself

The meeting went ok...as blah as it's supposed to be. We went over the information she
had for our questions and maps and signed the appropriate paperwork. Seller has until
5 pm tomorrow to accept or counter offer. Since both realtors knew what we wanted to
offer since friday, we're pretty sure the seller knows already..at least it seemed
like it. So that can be good or bad. He'll either accept right away or already has a
counter in mind. We turned down some inspections for now but made it clear that if the
seller wants more $, we may request those inspections..then when the water quality of
the well is officially inspected (and found bad), he'll be required by law to disclose
it so....that could work in our favor if the guy thinks about it. So now it's pins and
needles until we get his counter offer. Ugh! hehe Kim M

Remember that first house we put an offer on and I really wanted but he would not
take the contingency? Well come to find out the reason the people where leaving is
because there was a very insane older man living next door who would threaten there
kids so much that they could not let them play outside, he also shot their dog!!! Not
things they have to list on the disclosure, but they said it was really hard not to
list it. SOOOOO, it will work out if it is meant to be.
