Good luck Kim!! This house/land buying stuff is so stressful. Stu and I put an offer in on a really super house last week. Well we didn't get it cause we had subject to sale and the other offer didn't. I hate that we were against another offer. The house had been on the market since June, but they just reduced it by $50K so that is why there was interest. Oh well back to the drawing board. I hope everything works out for you!
