I can barely fathom this, but Samsung is clearing the path for
16GB flash cards. That is no typo folks, 16GB cards. I could hardly
believe this when I first read this. Now before we all roll our eyes
in contempt, remember that you can never have too much storage space.

In a move that I think is more sensible, Quantum has decided to
cease with push for more speed with their tape drives. Instead, they
are going to place the bulk of their efforts in the capacity arena.
