Scrum also favors a relatively small team size. They use a thing called
"Scrum of Scrums" for larger teams. In addition, Mike Beedle has some
patterns for larger situations. In yet further addition, Josh Kerievsky's
industrial patterns would be of interest. And there are probably other
folks who have published ideas that I'm not thinking of right now.
