The bow lights should be on the bow pulpit and should come on when the
stern light (running lights) are on. Mandatory in limited visibility
(fog/rain/night). Should you consider replacing them (if broken or
missing) I love my LED running lights which draw virtually NO power.
See www.orcagreen.com. They also now make an anchor lite. My suggestion
for anchor light would be the portable one from Davis Utility
Mega-Light (West Marine pg 694)....low power draw...legal...easy to
drape over boom or hoist up higher if needed.
