When comparing the price of manuals, I wonder if it's fair to
compare manuals for Corvettes, Volkswagens, etc. cars which are
produced in the hundreds of thousands or even millions to cars
like Lotuses which are produced in the thousands. Volume can
make a difference in cost and price and Lotuses and their
manuals are made in much smaller volumes.
