Isn't "Canada" a "Wedge Issue"?
If there were any Demos listening to C-SPAN this morning, you now
know how to make your own Wedge Issues.
Perhaps XP could make Wedge Issues to stem the evil tide of
outsourcing. XP can do Institution Building already, Kent/Ward,
The Wiki, etc. heh he.
