We nearly had that on the Intrepid (SR3), when a broken fuel pipe was
filling the sump with diesel. I'm told that the correct procedure for
a runaway engine is to run like f***. Engines can be replaced. Do you
really want to be close to an engine that's heading for self
destruction?
