Hi, Thanks everyone for the quick replies, would i be correct in assuming that the best and cheapest way to renew would still be to buy the full year licence early ??

I mentioned that I paid (in full) in advance for a one month mooring licence before becoming a continuous cruiser. I received a licence for this. The rate charged by BW was the short term rate which is 1/10 of the full year rate per month. Since I had paid in advance the early payment 10% discount applied. Somebody else said they paid by 5x instalments and received a licence. I don't think they got the early pay discount.
