Scruffy boats sure, likewise boats in mid restore or fitting out or
whatever. It's a matter of balance again. When I used the term
mouldering boats, I was thinking of those which are clearly on the edge
of complete collapse, or are kept afloat by the bank. I can think of
one on the Coventry which has been hanging from a tree by its stern
line for the last year at least.




How about the ex speed boats and plastic cruisers that have been appearing 
in the Braunston area over the last 18 months with no engine no licence 
and no mooring permit
