I recently had an interesting conversation with the manager at a
location which has mooring rights and so doesn't pay anything at all to
BW. BW had sent them a list of boats who had claimed on their licence
application form to use their moorings and asked for confirmation
whether this was correct. Several of the boats on the list were
completely unknown to them!
