Will definitely try to take part. Probably at Mailbox. Westminster is going
to cause problems due to vhf radios and the ammount of boats being locked
through Limehouse. We took part in an IWA petition being dropped off at
Westminster and being one of the last to lock out we didn't see the other
boats.
