I am sorry for those that will lose their jobs especially those that don't want to go, But I must ask what have the BW management been doing to end up so top heavy with staff that they have only just realised that they have 160 people to many ??? and are those managers who have appointed these unnecessary 160 staff are they going to lose their jobs ??? I doubt it ? its a disgrace ? and the whole management should be sacked and replaced ?
