I think to much is being blamed on the DEFRA cuts, didn't Eugene from BW 
announce that BW was going to save £10 Million in ten years, this was by 
selling of one building and moving to another, this would promote, down 
sizing.

I cannot believe BW found out about the cuts that was going to be made by 
Defra decided on the spur of the moment, I know what we will do we will sell 
this and move there and save 10........ in ten years.

The move must have been on the cards for sometime along with the down sizing 
and the loss of jobs.  The Defra cuts come along as someone said something 
about " now is the time to get out all the bad news" or words to that 
effect.

Before people say that Im on the Defra side far from it, I will hope to be 
on the R Thames with NB Daisybob in January, throwing my full support.

But somethings have got to be aired.
