It would certainly be worth avoiding the structure of Scottish Water, a
publically owned unmitigated disaster which is about to implode
spectacularly.
If they ran canals, it would be like the assisted passage on the Forth &
Clyde and that proposed for the G&S, but you'ld have to book months in
advance, they'd tell you when it was convenient for them and every time you
booked the whole thing would have been reorganised with different people.
