Sorry to hear this.
Have no direct experience, being a CC, but someone was complaining to
me last winter that Tim Coghlan now turns off the water supply in
Braunston Marina at times in the winter, officially to avoid frost
damage, IIRC.
Are you in RBOA, cos this is the sort of thing they should be able to
advise on.
