Let's see how many we can list:-
Houses of multiple occupancy; if you let and the house has three stories you 
have to register if more than 4 people live there. We now have a six bedroom 
house with 4 people living in it rather than comply with 14 pages of 
regulations. I know we aren't the only ones to do this, result less rented 
accommodation.
