I don't know where you heard this but it's nonsense. The A2/M2 to
Bluewater's never blocked on a Sunday, any more than the Blackwell Tunnel is
to get to Lakeside. It's about the only time of the weel it isn't blocked,
in fact.

And as for there being no congestion charge in those places; well, there
isn't any congestion charge anywhere on a Sunday. And anyhow, there IS a
proposal to bring one in at Greenwich weekdays which WOULD cover the
Blackwell Tunnel.

(But not if I have anything to do with it!)
