It is true that "while the legislature is in session, no man's rights are safe", but cool your jets, there. BW has *not* been forced to sell anything. All that is happening is that someone, somewhere in the government , is musing about the possibility. However, maybe boaters could use this as an opportunity to get a ringing statement from the government that BW's (current) property holdings are considered to be an untouchable endowment for the support of the waterways, which the government intends to enlarge soon?
