RESPONSE

No Graham, I wasn't being hassled.

No Graham, I wasn't overstaying my visitors mooring in the area.

Yes Graham, I know Hazel too and like her as a person. Mick is also a
nice guy and is making a front button for me, probably making a
tipcat and rear button to suit my extra long rudder at a later date.

Yes Graham, Thank you for informing me of the social benefit monthly
arrangement. It would be wise and common sense for BW to issue a
monthly licence OR A REPLACEMENT NOTICE TO SAY THAT LICENCE FEES WERE
BEING PAID BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT. Now wouldn't this be simple enough
to orginise?

Yes Graham. It might be an idea to have a residential mooring. Are you
volunteering to find one and fund it for me?
Personally, I like moving around the system. If I wanted a permanent
mooring, I would consider a property overlooking a marina. Ugh!

My "rant" is the same as many other "local" boaters. You only have to
listen in the local canalside and popular "boaters" pubs to confirm.

You comments haven't changed my views. ~Allan~
