Well said that woman. In fact, this piece of Thatcherism, like all the 
others, will create an underclass (or rather, magnify the existing 
one), with all the usual consequences for all of us. It's what happens 
when you let the market operate in an inappropriate situation without 
modifying its effects.

Bit like the World Bank forcing free market ideology on the poorest 
countries, and destroying far more social fabric than it creates.
