A principle we could no doubt apply to workplaces with asbestos or radiation. Would you have people lose benefit if they refused to work in a non-smoke free workplace? Someone is always desperate enough to work in a job that willl affect their health. It's what Adrian would call the market. -- Nigel Stanley
