I have had a similar problem with a leaking roof collar. The seal looked
reasonable but was still leaking. Last week I poured a few drops of
Owatrol Oil around the collar and it has now stopped leaking - even during
all this very heavy rain. I have just tried the same on a leaking hopper window.
I'll let you know the result.
