Pangbourne weir is running level and Pangbourne meadow is flooded, but it still isn't as bad as the winter floods of 2003 (at least not yet, but we are braced for the continued rise in level that has been experienced in Oxford overnight). > > What time is the flood due to travel down from Oxford ?
