I don't know whether Dorothy was commenting on whether or not there was
an accent over an <a> so much as putting forward her understanding of
why there was an accent in that place.
Anyway it must be a great relief that you have the advantage over me,
in that your library allows you to insert such nuances, when here at
home I'm blowed if I can correctly decode the selection of keys
required to utilise seldom used characters.
