We had Silkwood's engine changed earlier this year. It had done just over
14,000 hours.
We exchanged the gear-box at the same time - it was the gearbox that had
suffered the failure and we decided to do the engine at the same time to
reduce the time Silkwood would be unavailable. We paid something short of
£6,000 and it was done in a week.
There don't seem to have been any problems since.
