Maybe not.  But you might get a company to do it that was managed by a
businessman rather than by a plumber.  A good plumber is not
necessarily a good manager.  Restaurants managed by chefs are
notorious for going bust.  (Why are schools managed by head teachers,
btw?)

OTOH, I am worried that there is now only one person on the BW board
who has a boat, or, it seems, goes boating.  Dave had one.  So did
Bernard IIRC.
