Just as London Boro Council Tax payers pay (quite a bit) towards the running of Adrian's local water park!!! (Lee Valley Regional Park) What with decent LA's / Planning Departments getting money in from Section 106 agreements for waterside improvements. There are ways under (existing!) legislation that BW should be devoting more rescorces to attact more income, instead of saying it is not economic to do so! -- Neil Arlidge - NB Earnest - Shannon Reg 7410 Read about our Irish travels at: http://www.tuesdaynightclub.co.uk/Tour_07/index.html
